For Medical Defence Organisations

When a notification lands, the doctor’s next chapter matters as much as the defence.

Confidential, neuroscience-informed coaching for members who’ve been flagged or are facing a complaint—a way to steady them early, help them genuinely turn things around, and show they’re actively doing the right thing. Fewer escalations, fewer repeats, and far less spent on legal fees.

Not every flagged doctor is a lost cause—and not every notification has to escalate.

Many members who get an early warning could avoid far bigger trouble with the right support at the right moment. Left alone, though, a single concern too often becomes a pattern, and every time a matter escalates, lawyers have to be engaged to investigate and defend it. That is one of the largest, most repeatable costs your organisation carries.

I work with your members on both ends of that curve. Early, as a preventative measure for those who’ve been flagged but haven’t yet come undone—helping them correct course before it becomes a claim. And during or after a matter, helping them build genuine insight, change the underlying behaviour, and demonstrate—credibly and on the record—that they are actively working to do the right thing. That’s the kind of good-faith remediation that helps a member’s standing with regulators and tribunals, resolves matters sooner, and keeps them from ending up in the same place twice.

How I support your members

Prevention, composure, genuine change—and the cost savings that follow.

Early Intervention for Flagged Members

For members who’ve had a warning sign but not yet a crisis: confidential coaching that helps them correct course early, before a concern becomes a complaint, a claim, or a costly legal matter.

Steadying Members Under Investigation

Composure and perspective for members in the acute stress of a complaint or claim, so fear and shame don’t compound into worse decisions or a second event.

Genuine Change That’s Visible on the Record

Structured, capability-based support that builds real insight and behaviour change—and gives the member credible evidence they’re actively remediating, which strengthens their position with AHPRA, tribunals and the courts.

Fewer Escalations, Lower Legal Costs

Every matter that’s prevented, resolved earlier, or stopped from recurring is a matter that never runs up the legal fees of investigation and defence. Supporting your members well is, ultimately, cost avoidance for your organisation.

Why me?

I’m a still-practising doctor with extensive leadership experience across dozens of Australian companies, and a background in neuroscience and psychology—the operating system beneath how judgement, composure and behaviour hold up under pressure. I understand the clinical world your members live in, the human reality of facing a notification, and the mechanics of genuine behaviour change.

I work alongside your legal defence, not in place of it—theirs is the medicolegal case, mine is the doctor: their composure, their insight, and the change that stops it happening again. Because I meet them doctor-to-doctor and in complete confidence, members open up in a way they rarely will with an insurer or a lawyer—and that candour is what actually produces change.

A member who feels genuinely supported through the hardest moment of their career is also a member who stays, and renews.

Let’s turn your hardest cases into your best outcomes.

Every MDO’s caseload is different, so I don’t work from a fixed template. Tell me about the members you’re supporting and the patterns you’re seeing, and we’ll shape the right kind of support together—whatever form that needs to take.
